1. Copyright Ownership
Dream Camera owns the design, interface, code, text, graphics, service architecture, and other original materials that make up the Dream Camera app and website, except for content owned by users or third parties. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Dream Camera name, logo, product names, service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Dream Camera. Other trademarks, service marks, and trade names belong to their respective owners.
2. Dream Camera Intellectual Property
Dream Camera retains all rights in the app, website, visual interfaces, interactive features, documentation, APIs, backend services, image-processing workflows, and related technology. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from Dream Camera intellectual property unless we give written permission or the action is allowed by applicable law.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of photos and images you upload, create, or process through Dream Camera. By using the app, you grant Dream Camera a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, and display your content only as needed to provide the service, deliver generated results, support retries, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.
Dream Camera does not claim ownership of images you generate through the app. You are responsible for making sure the content you upload or create does not infringe the rights of others.
4. Copyright Infringement Claims
If you believe content available through Dream Camera infringes your copyright, email us at hello@frugale.app with enough information for us to review the claim:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- A description of the allegedly infringing material and enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
5. Third-Party Libraries and Open Source
Dream Camera uses third-party libraries, frameworks, models, infrastructure, and tools that are governed by their own license terms. Required notices and attributions are included in the app, made available by request, or provided by the relevant third-party service. Dream Camera does not claim ownership of third-party components.
6. Platform Trademarks
Apple, iPhone, iPad, and App Store are trademarks or service marks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.
7. Changes to This Page
We may update this page as Dream Camera changes. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
